* During peak season only a minimum of 7 day bookings are accepted.

* Please e-mail owner to confirm rates.

* Booking deposit is 25% of the total rental fee.

* Please e-mail owner for special off-season and shoulder season rates.

* Rates are based on an occupancy of 4 individuals.

Availabilty

Payment

* Accepted methods of payment include Visa, Mastercard, E-Transfer or Cash.

* Deposit payment link via Square will be sent to guest’s email account.  Guests click on link to complete process.

* As of January 2019, 8% PST will be added to the final payment.

Cancellatons

* Up to 60 days in advance there is a full refund of deposit minus a $50 booking cancellation fee.  After that, there is a loss of deposit, unless the time period can be re-booked.

Confirmation

* A confirmation e-mail is sent on receipt of deposit.

Additional Information

* If there are more than 4 individuals in the party, an additional $50 per day per additional person will be charged.

* No pets.

* No smoking.

* Check in at 4 p.m. o’clock. Check out at 10 a.m. o’clock.

* For late check-in, please phone.

* Children must be supervised at all times in the pool / hot tub area.

Renter’s Responsibility

* Renters will take care of and respect accommodations they have rented.

* Renters agree to report any damage immediately.

* If the party renting does not have a mature adult, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation and all rent will be forfeited.

* If renter’s behaviour should necessitate eviction (including complaints of excessive noise), all prepaid rents and deposits will be considered earned and retained.

* Cleaning requirements include washing and putting away dishes, leaving the suite reasonably organized, and taking all garbage to a designated disposal area.

* Once renters check out, cleaners will clean the unit.
